Welcome to Caltech
Dear Class of 2030, Transfer, 3-2 and Exchange Students,
On behalf of the First-Year Experience (FYE) team, we're excited that you're considering Caltech and exploring what your academic journey could look like. For students joining us in Fall 2026, the orientation program will be your launch point.
During orientation week, you'll be able to build connections with fellow incoming students, engage with faculty and staff, and explore the wide range of resources that shape Caltech's dynamic community. Whether you're getting a feel for daily life on campus or discovering academic and co-curricular opportunities, our goal is to support a seamless transition and help you feel connected early on.
We encourage you to check back on this page throughout the year for updated details as you continue exploring Caltech.
The Registrar's Office maintains the academic calendar and schedule.
